Ben Gurion Update: Maximum Passenger Limit per Flight to Increase Sunday
Dean Fischer reports that starting this Sunday, there will be a minor increase in the number of passengers permitted to depart Israel through Ben Gurion Airport.
The update adds a modest 10–20 passengers to the current flight quota, which has been strictly limited due to security concerns.
Under these new guidelines, the maximum number of daily departures per flight will rise to 90 people.
This cap is inclusive of all humanitarian cases and follows a period of heavy restrictions where many flights were limited to just 50 passengers.
