Nowak repeatedly told police he had been stabbed and could not breathe. Meanwhile, Digwa can be heard calling him “a racist.”

Prime Minister Keir Starmer issued his first public statement on the killing, promising a full investigation into the police response.

Henry Nowak, a Polish-British boy, was stabbed to death in an altercation with Vikrum Digwa.

The released bodycam footage has sparked controversy because it shows police appearing to prioritize Digwa’s claim of a racial attack, detaining and searching the severely wounded victim instead of immediately treating him as the injured party.

Nigel Farage has reacted to Henry Nowak’s murder, calling for an end to “anti-white prejudice”.
