Elderly Jewish Man Found Fatally Shot Near Kissena Lake in Queens
An investigation is underway after a 75-year-old man was found fatally shot Monday evening near Kissena Lake in Queens.
Police responded just before 5 p.m. to reports of an unconscious man along the shoreline in Kissena Park, located in East Flushing. Officers arrived to find the victim suffering from gunshot wounds to the neck and back.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene and later identified as Albert Itzkowitz of Queens. No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing.
