Floyd Mayweather Jr. alleges in his lawsuit against Jona Rechnitz that the operation also involved Ayal Frist, Florida-based real estate firm Frist Apex Ventures, and attorney Alexander Seligson, who allegedly rerouted millions through fake investments, unauthorized wire transfers, and shell business entities.
Much of Mayweather’s money went to Frist Apex ventures, and the lawsuit, filed in a New York court, alleges that the firm, along with Ayal Frist, Alexander Seligson, Jona Rechnitz, committed fraud and had roles in breach of fiduciary duty.
Rechnitz allegedly spent years building Mayweather’s trust before allegedly becoming his de facto money manager, real estate handler.
