Ahead of HaGaon HaRav Dov Landau Shlit”a’s trip to the United States to fundraise for Karen Olam HaTorah along with many gedolim from Eretz Yisroel, HaGaon HaRav Moshe Hillel Hirsch Shlit”a visited his home to bentch him with a safe trip.
During the conversation between the two Gedolei HaDor, HaRav Landau Shlit”a quoted the Tchebiner Rav ZT”L, saying that “Yasher Koach” is itself a bracha, and should therefore not simply be responded to with “you’re welcome”.
