IDF Multidimensional Unit Operations in Southern Lebanon: Over 40 Militants Eliminated, Dozens of Hezbollah Targets Struck
Troops from the IDF’s Multidimensional Unit, operating under the 36th Division, have been actively engaged in recent weeks as part of the focused ground operations in southern Lebanon.
Since the start of the fighting, unit forces have eliminated more than 40 terrorists from the Hezbollah terrorist organization and carried out approximately 75 strikes targeting the group’s terror infrastructure.
Yesterday, the troops identified a launcher loaded and ready to fire toward Israeli territory and successfully destroyed it. Three militants operating near the launcher were also eliminated in the strike.
The IDF stated it will continue to act decisively against Hezbollah, which has chosen to join the conflict under the backing of the Iranian regime, and will not allow harm to come to Israeli civilians.
