IDF Targets New Hamas Military Chief Mohammad Ouda in Gaza Strike 🥳
On the direct orders of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz, the IDF launched a targeted strike in Gaza against Mohammad Ouda, the newly appointed commander of Hamas’s military wing and a key architect of the October 7 massacre.
Ouda served as Hamas’s head of military intelligence during the October 7 attacks. He was appointed just last week to lead the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades following the elimination of his predecessor, Izz al-Din al-Haddad, who was killed in an IDF airstrike in the Gaza Strip two weeks ago.
Security officials noted that Ouda has long been responsible for orchestrating operations that resulted in the murder, abduction, and wounding of numerous Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers.
In a joint statement, Netanyahu and Katz commended the defense forces for the operation, writing: “Congratulations to the IDF and the Shin Bet on the continuous effort to eliminate our enemies. We will continue to pursue everyone who took part in the October 7 massacre. Sooner or later, Israel will reach them all.”
