Israel Sends 5 Tons of Medical Supplies to Colombia
Israel is sending another 5 tons of aid to Colombia overnight, including emergency medical equipment, following the country’s severe earthquake. The shipment was ordered by Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar in coordination with the Health Ministry.
The aid joins a joint Foreign Ministry and Home Front Command delegation of about 80 rescue and medical personnel that arrived in Colombia about a week ago and is assisting with the earthquake’s aftermath.
“Israel will continue to stand alongside its friend Colombia and the Colombian people and will help them to the best of its ability,” Sa’ar said.
