🚨 Israeli diplomatic correspondent Tamir Morag’s sharp rebuke of Ofer Bronstein, a French-Israeli advisor to President Macron, for criticizing Israel and the US over poor pre-war coordination on Iran and France’s refusal to deploy ships to secure the Strait of Hormuz amid escalating airstrikes.

Statement – “It is unbelievable to read the remarks made by Ofer Bronstein, Advisor to French President Macron on Middle Eastern Affairs, to Yaakov Grodka on “Kol Barama’s” central news edition:
”If Israel and the U.S. had coordinated positions with France before the start of the war, the situation would be different – you cannot come asking for help only when things get difficult. We believe that in the current situation, agreements can be reached. A regime cannot be replaced through airstrikes, and we have no plans to send troops into Iran.”
Let us remember that this is the same France that surrendered to Germany and was rescued by the U.S. in World War II; and this is the same America that has poured hundreds of billions of dollars into Ukraine in recent years to defend European nations, including France. Furthermore, the U.S. did not ask to “send French troops into Iran” at all, but merely to dispatch ships to assist in securing the Strait of Hormuz.
This is disgraceful yet unsurprising conduct by the French and the rest of the European powers, who reveal themselves as allies who only know how to ask for help, yet vanish the moment even minor assistance is requested of them. Into this vacuum enters the State of Israel, as America’s number one ally in the world.”
