Roughly twenty thousand housing solutions will be added in 2026 and 2027, including sixteen thousand target price apartments and four thousand plots for detached homes.

Reservist priority in lotteries rises to seventy five percent of units with extra preference for combat soldiers. Buyers can receive discounts exceeding half a million shekels. Plots in national priority area A come with full exemption from land value payments excluding development costs.

The plan responds to high demand in the latest lottery and builds on twenty five billion shekels already given to reservists and their families.

Netanyahu called it a major step to help those who defend the country secure their own homes.
