Foreign media reports that Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner were the ones who initiated and pushed President Trump toward signing the memorandum of understanding with Iran.
The report says Secretary of State Marco Rubio and US War Secretary Pete Hegseth strongly opposed the move.
