Massive Attack Invites Marwan Barghouti’s Son Onstage During Berlin Concert 🤬

The British trip-hop band Massive Attack allowed Arab Barghouti, the son of imprisoned Palestinian figure Marwan Barghouti, to take the stage during their concert in Berlin last Sunday to advocate for his father’s release.

Addressing the audience, Arab Barghouti compared his father to Nelson Mandela and linked his potential release directly to the liberation of Palestine.

Marwan Barghouti is currently serving five life sentences plus an additional 40 years in an Israeli prison for orchestrating numerous terrorist attacks that resulted in the murders of multiple Israeli civilians.

The speech was met with enthusiastic applause and cheers from the concert crowd.

The incident serves as another example of European cultural platforms being utilized to promote individuals convicted of orchestrating deadly attacks against Israelis, presenting them instead as political icons to Western audiences.
