Pakistani Interior Minister Meets Iranian Leaders Amid U.S. Proposal

Pakistani Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has returned to Tehran for a second visit in 3 days, meeting with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, Iranian Interior Minister Eskandar Momeni, and, notably, Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Chief General Ahmad Vahidi, to discuss a fresh U.S. proposal aimed at ending the conflict.

Iran says indirect contact with the United States is continuing through mediators based on Tehran’s 14-point proposal.
