Peleg Expected to Block Highway 4 Following Arrest of Draft Evader
Following an arrest triggered by a transit card issue on a bus, protesters from the Peleg Yerushalmi are expected to block Highway 4 at 5 PM local time.
The bochur was stopped over a Rav Kav card issue, which led authorities to discover he was classified as a military draft evader, resulting in his detention and transfer to military police.
