Pro-Hezbollah Analyst Warns of Full-Scale War in September
Prominent Lebanese commentator Rafic Nasrallah, who is closely aligned with Hezbollah, urged displaced residents of Southern Lebanon not to return home, warning that a full-scale war is set to break out in September.
Speaking in a televised interview, Nasrallah estimated that the escalation will occur between September 10 and September 15. He asserted that Israel will intensify its military operations, driven in part by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s political campaign efforts. He added that Hezbollah will not remain silent, leading to an inevitable conflict.
According to Nasrallah, the focal point of the upcoming confrontation will be the battle for control over the strategic Ali al-Tahar ridge.
