Update: Rescue Operations and Casualty Totals Following Arad Missile Strike

A senior police official has confirmed that there are currently no individuals reported missing at the site of the missile strike in Arad.

While search-and-rescue teams continue to scan the area as a precaution, this update provides significant relief regarding those feared trapped under the wreckage of the nine damaged buildings.

The IDF has confirmed that the damage was caused by an Iranian ballistic missile carrying a 450kg warhead that scored a direct hit after interception attempts failed.

Magen David Adom has treated and evacuated 64 casualties to hospitals.

This massive medical operation involved dozens of ambulances, mobile intensive care units, and both MDA and IAF helicopters.

The current status of the wounded includes at least 10 people in serious condition, 15 in moderate condition, and 42 with light injuries.

Medical teams at Soroka Medical Center are continuing to provide life-saving care to those most severely impacted.

Emergency services remain on-site to secure the area and ensure that all residents of the affected structures are accounted for.
