The Spinka Rebbe of Beis Shmiel Tzvi, Harav Yosef Meir Horowitz zt”l, was niftar Wednesday night at the age of 58, following his hospitalization, as thousands across Klal Yisroel had been davening for his recovery.
The Rebbe was the son of Harav Berish Horowitz zt”l, eldest son of Harav Hershele Spinker zt”l, and had continued the Spinka legacy as Rebbe of Beis Shmiel Tzvi in Williamsburg.

His petirah has plunged his family, Chassidim, talmidim, and the wider Torah community into mourning. Levaya and shiva information will be shared as it becomes available.
