I saw something really special on Fox news this morning that honestly was a real amazing and inspiring gesture.
A traveler, going through the airport during all the chaos, handed a TSA agent a $50 gift card and simply said:
Thank you for showing up—even though you’re not getting paid. I hope this helps you and your family.
Such a small gesture… but incredibly powerful.
With so many of us traveling over the next week for Pesach, we’re all going to be dealing with long lines, delays, and stressed-out airport staff—especially TSA agents who are there doing their jobs under tough circumstances and not getting paid.
We have a real opportunity here to make a massive Kiddush Hashem.
Imagine if those of us traveling brought along a few $30 to $50 gas or Visa gift cards and handed them to 2–3 TSA agents with a simple “thank you.”
No speeches. No attention. Just appreciation.
It could literally change someone’s day… and say so much about who we are as a community.
Let’s pay it forward.
