U.S. THAAD Missile Interceptor Component Recovered in Southern Syria

The kill vehicle from a U.S. THAAD missile interceptor was recovered in southern Syria (Suwayda) after a recent interception.

This component is the non-explosive part that destroys targets by direct high-speed impact (“hit-to-kill”).

It likely fell back to Syria intact after completing or failing its mission, which is possible since THAAD carries no warhead.
