Up to 1,000 Iranian ‘Sleeper’ Agents Possibly Residing in Canada
According to Canadian opposition officials and experts, as many as 1,000 former members of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) could be living across Canada. These individuals are reportedly embedded within the country, potentially posing a significant security threat not only to Canada but also to the United States.
There is growing concern that many of these IRGC members entered Canada through asylum channels or by exploiting gaps in the immigration system. These methods of entry have made it difficult for authorities to track or deport them effectively, raising questions about the current screening processes.
