Israeli media confirms an additional US airlift of weapons and ammunition to Israel within the last 24 hours.

This delivery supports ongoing resupply efforts amid the Israel-Iran conflict that began in February 2026. It focuses on replenishing Israeli Air Force stockpiles for sustained air operations.

Exact quantities and specific ammunition types have not been publicly disclosed yet. Reports describe it only as “weapons and ammunition.”

A major US resupply in late April/early May 2026 delivered approximately 6,500 tons in 24 hours via ships and aircraft. That shipment included:

Thousands of air-to-ground munitions (precision-guided bombs and missiles).

– Additional ground ordnance and ammunition.

– Military trucks and Joint Light Tactical Vehicles (JLTVs).

– Other combat equipment and spare parts.

Since the war escalated, the US has provided Israel with over 115,600 tons/pieces of military equipment through hundreds of airlifts and sea shipments, with heavy emphasis on precision air munitions and interceptors to maintain operational readiness.

Israel’s Kan News reports that, pending approval from President Trump, the United States and Israel are expected to carry out a joint attack on Iran.
