The Vizhnitzer Rebbe’s health weakened noticeably in recent days, leading to appeals for tefillos from chassidim around the world.
On Tuesday, community leaders called on the public to increase their tefillos and on the Rebbe’s behalf, davening for a complete refuah sheleimah.
The Rebbe is now at his retreat home in Moshav Ora, near Yerushalayim, where he is recuperating.
At the same time, hundreds of talmidim from the Vizhnitzer yeshiva gedolah in Bnei Brak were expected to travel Tuesday night to the kever of Rav Nachman of Horodenka zy”a in Teveria’s old cemetery.
The visit comes on the occasion of Rav Nachman of Horodenka’s yahrtzeit. A special gathering for tefillah is planned there on behalf of the Rebbe.
