HaGaon HaRav Yaakov Yehuda Salomon Shlit”a, the mashgiach of Yeshivas Tiferes Yaakov in Gateshead, England, is in critical condition after collapsing unexpectedly on Shabbos during his regular weekly shmuz to the yeshiva’s talmidim.
HaRav Salomon Shlit”a is the son of HaGaon HaRav Matisyahu Salomon ZT”L, the longtime mashgiach of BMG.
He was taken to a hospital, where physicians determined that he had suffered a stroke along with severe bleeding in the brain, R”L. He is currently being treated in the intensive care unit.
