I’m a 20-year-old bochur in Lakewood, and I’ve been smoking/ vaping for a decade. I never thought I’d be able to quit. I was deep into smoking and vaping and spending a ton of money on it.
Six weeks ago I lost my vape and decided that was it. I switched to Zyn and haven’t smoked or vaped since. I’m almost off the Zyn now too.
About a month in, I tried a cigarette, and it was absolutely horrible. It hurt so much that it reminded me of when I first started smoking. And B”H now I get nauseous when people vape near me. At this point, I don’t think I could ever go back.
