On the instruction of President Vladimir Putin, Sergei Lavrov officially informed the Americans that in response to the terrorist attacks carried out by the Kiev authorities against civilians and civilian infrastructure on territory, the Russian Armed Forces are launching systematic and ongoing strikes against facilities located in Kiev used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as well as against the corresponding decision-making centers.
Lavrov also told Rubio that diplomatic staff should evacuate from Kyiv.
