Everyone is focused on Keren Olam HaTorah, poor children in Eretz Yisroel, and Kiruv. And for all of those causes, people make parlor meetings, rally everyone together, and jump on board.
We have roshei Mosdos who can think like this one who was quoted in the LSTA Voice of Lakewood article this past week, who insisted on being anonymous. #Twisted🤮
But we have 60 neshamos right here. In our own town.
Sixty girls who have been left without a school since acceptance letters went out months ago.
What are we waiting for? Yes, you might not get a fancy dinner.
You might not get your name on a building.
There might not be a plaque with your name on it.
But you could be saving a neshama.
And that should be worth more than any plaque.
It’s time we start supporting and protecting our own children — the children living right next door to us.
I’m not a Daas Torah and I never claimed to be. I’m not an Askan and I never claimed to be. But I do have a platform, and I refuse to sit here quietly and watch this continue without saying something.
Stop with the excuses, year after year.
Stop explaining why it’s so complicated.
Find a solution.
