British Airways and Iberia Express extend flight suspensions to Israel 🤯
British Airways and Spanish carrier Iberia Express have announced further postponements for resuming their flight services to Ben Gurion International Airport, citing the ongoing security situation in the Middle East.
According to updates from aviation reporter Dean Fischer, British Airways has pushed back its return to Israel until August 1. When the UK carrier does resume operations, it plans to cut its schedule from double-daily flights to a single daily flight.
Similarly, Iberia Express has extended its route suspension, canceling all flights to and from Tel Aviv until July 27. The extensions come as European carriers continue to adjust their schedules under constant security reviews and regional airspace restrictions.
