Russia launched 729 drones and missiles against Ukraine overnight in one of the largest attacks since the full-scale invasion began, with most targeting the capital, Kyiv.
Ukrainian air defenses intercepted 642 of the incoming weapons, including:
– 0 of 8 3M22 Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles
– 11 of 33 9K720 Iskander-M short-range ballistic missiles
– 26 of 27 Kh-101 air-launched cruise missiles
– 3 of 5 Kalibr cruise missiles
– 602 of 656 Shahed-136/Geran-2 one-way attack drones
Russian strikes also destroyed a Chinese-owned Zeekr electric vehicle dealership in Kyiv, leaving the building in flames.
