Marking the 91st yahrtzeit of HaRav Avraham Yitzchok HaCohen Kook ZT”L, who served as Israel’s first Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi, US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee visited his home in Yerushalayim, known as Beit HaRav Kook.
During the visit, Huckabee participated in the opening of an exhibit about visits to the White House by Israel’s Chief Rabbis.
“These historic encounters reflect the enduring bond between the United States and the Jewish people, celebrating 250 years of American democracy alongside 105 years of the Chief Rabbinate of Israel,” Ambassador Huckabee commented.
