Saudi Official to N12: Ground Invasion of Iran May Be Necessary to Neutralize Threat
Following the collapse of negotiations between Tehran and Washington, a source within the Saudi Royal Family has expressed a hardening stance to N12.
The official stated that Riyadh now believes the Iranian threat will only continue to worsen unless a significant ground maneuver into Iran is executed.
While calling for decisive military action, the Saudi source emphasized that a move to topple the regime must be accompanied by a viable and stable alternative government.
Riyadh’s position underscores the belief that air strikes and naval blockades alone may not suffice this time; instead, a comprehensive “solution of governance” is required to ensure long-term regional stability and prevent a power vacuum once the current leadership is removed.
