U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem Lifts Shelter-in-Place Order
The U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem has ended the shelter-in-place directive for U.S. government employees and their family members.
Statement – As a result of changes to the current security situation in Israel, Home Front Command has updated its guidelines, which permit full activity with no restrictions, except for in certain communities in the north of Israel. Consult the Home Front Command website for additional details.
The shelter in place order for U.S. government employees and their family members has ended.
Operating Status: The U.S. Embassy Jerusalem and Embassy Branch Office Tel Aviv consular sections will be open for both routine and emergency services on Wednesday, June 10.
